Academia
Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart
As the leading university for knowledge transfer in Baden-Württemberg, DHBW covers all aspects at the interface between fundamental research and industrial applications of quantum technologies. This includes both hardware, such as quantum sensing, and quantum software, as well as the implementation of algorithms for specific use cases. DHBW approaches quantum technologies in both teaching and research from an application oriented perspective. In education, we prepare our students for a future in which quantum technologies will play an increasingly important role in industry. In research, our focus is on translating the latest findings from fundamental research into practical and usable solutions. This is pursued through a holistic approach that also considers the associated economic implications.
