The Sensors and Actua­tors Group develops custo­mer speci­fic sensor soluti­ons based on both conven­tio­nal and quantum techno­logy approa­ches, supported by advan­ced packa­ging and inter­con­nec­tion techno­lo­gies. These soluti­ons enable the measu­re­ment of physi­cal parame­ters such as rotatio­nal angle, accele­ra­tion, incli­na­tion, pressure, strain, distance and position, gas flow velocity, magne­tic field strength, and numerous other quantities.
